John Rauch colored John Nguyen's pinup with M3TH's inks.  I will find the inks soon enough and post them here.

And now a word from the artist...

Hi Parker.

Well, I called up my comic book store to order Cici #1 and #2, and turns out they had some preview stuff that diamond sent so I got the comics earlier than expected.  I only have the B&W preview edition of the first one, so I'll have to snag the one with the colours later.  Anywho...

I just wanted to let you know that I really did enjoy the story.  It was very interesting, and I love that whole 'jump right into the action' opening because it leaves so much room for growth and questions.  I want to know what's going on and I couldn't stop reading.  It was very enjoyable.  Kudos.

I was going through some of the art on the site, and I just got really inspired for some reason to do some fan art.  I really see CiCi as a tragic hero in the shakespearian sense.  I loved the wing design that John did on that double page spread I inked, and I wanted to bring these majestic wings to life like he did.  I also loved the pin up by Joe Benitz and I sort of saw CiCi as just wanting to be alone in the sewery setting when she discovers her wings.  Finding out you're a clone has to got to be pretty tough to deal with.  I'll send a scan of the pencils later.  I need to scan them first (I inked on a photocopy...  Came out rather well if I do say so myself.)
