Mission Statement / Project Goals

The goal of Spilled Milk® is to create the highest quality comic book in the industry. The team is currently working on a science fiction book that has spectacular artwork and a gripping story line.  The story deals with some fairly controversial topics depending on who you are and how strong your beliefs are.  It is not meant to debunk, only make people think.

My ultimate goal is to get this project published.  It would be nice to make a profit on the whole deal, but I will be happy if I break even.  Even if I break even I will have published the project and paid off all the expenses and hopefully entertain people in the process.

If I can make one person smile, one person laugh, or piss one person off then I've done my job.

I was leery enough to publish the company name and logos, but all logos and names are in the process of being nationally registered with the trademark registry.   You'll find more information on copyrights and national registration in the lawyer's section.

What I can tell you is that the series is named after the main character CiCi.  It's a science fiction work (that narrows it down a bit huh).  A four issue miniseries.  The first issue is 30 pages and the subsequent issues are 22 pages.  There is a small synopsis of the story in update number 12 where I finally give it up a little.  I came up with this idea back in 1989 after many stimulating lunches with a group of extropians back at Intergraph.  (Although the first story arc has little to do with freezing oneself after death.)  I realized that this story would have a more scientific background when coupled with the advances in nano-technology after reading K. Eric Drexler's Engines of Creation.   I've tweaked it very little since the original concept, ten years ago, and have been expanding on the idea ever since.
