Why am I doing this? I guess I've got a story to tell. Well hopefully a bunch of them. Since I love comics I thought that this would be a great medium to tell them. I've been putting these ideas and stories together since '90 or '91 so I've got reams I want to say. But not to worry! I won't clutter up the page with a bunch of babble. I'll go ahead and do that here on the web-site and leave the comic in a pristine state. I feel that comic writers should try to stick to the story at hand and not go off on some tangent and cover up precious artwork that people have labored over for hours. In this case, I'd be paying for artwork that's just going to be covered up. Not a very smart idea.
My qualifications? I don't really know. When I finally get around to telling people what I'm writing about, they say it's a good idea. Now whether or not I get my point across and tell a good story that remains to be seen. I read a bunch of comics and I know what I don't like.
Feelings about eBay...
I think that eBay is a great idea. A mediator between buyer and seller who also manages live auctions. Why didn't I think up this racket? I felt that I'd join the crowd and start bidding. You can get some great bargains on that site. I couldn't believe that regular people like you and I were getting $20.00 for a Battle Chasers #1. And I said to myself, "I've got about 40 of those just lying around. Why not sell 'em?" Needless to say I don't have 40 anymore. So here's a site where you can clean out your basement and get some great exposure for a web-site (namely Spilled Milk). It's nice to be able to deal with people one on one with each transaction and put in a plug or two (or three) for the comic.
Do you post HTML code in your eBay listing? Feel free to put a link to this site in there. I need all the exposure I can get. Don't have any web-space? You don't need any when you can point straight to these images right here! Just enter http://www.SpilledMilk.com/images/lebannerani03.gif as the picture and the middle animated banner will show up in your listing AND you'll get that bonus eye catching draw that you've got a picture (when you really don't)
I think eBay could take some lessons from Yahoo! about predicting the traffic on their site. eBay is slow for about a week, and then finally somebody gets a clue and adds a couple more servers. You'd think with all the money they're making they'd just throw money at servers and grow and Grow and GROW.

I get a bunch of letters asking me if I can draw or they just assume that I'm
the artist when the artists are clearly marked on each page. I'll go
ahead and put some of my samples here. I don't think I'd want to scan
them all in, plus not all of them are worth it either. I think Sample 7
is the best out of all of them, but you be the judge.
