Quick Reference:
The section above is for everybody who wants to cut to the chase. I think I forgot the link to the release notes the last time. Im sure you were lost without it.
Hey Everybody,
I got the lettering back from Digital Chameleon about three weeks ago. I was able to do some editing while flying out of town for the first annual Infovisa Client Conference in Charleston, SC. I went for moral support and to answer any questions regarding Trust Performance. Digital did a really good job on the lettering. I think there was only one typo in the whole thing. All I needed to do was to go through copies of the proofs and mark which words should be bold to emphasize stress or volume in somebodys voice. There were a few balloons that I moved around, but other than that everything looked great.
As far as the colors They removed the pink! Now some people liked the pink, but the majority of the people who looked at the original proofs didnt. They need to clean up the costume in a couple of places, but as far as that goes were ready for print. Ill be scanning these in and posting them in the weeks to come.
If youre an artist, or at least trying to be one like me, then you should check out the Fan Page. If you draw a pin-up of CiCi and send it to me, Ill post on that page with whatever contact information you want. That way people will be able to admire your artwork and get a hold of you too!
I added my own Fan Boy page. Many people ask me what I read or collect so I dumped my database and posted it to the site.
Were getting closer to actual Nano-Technology. The people at Sandia Labs are continually shrinking working motors and power sources. Sooner or later well have tiny robots, no larger than a blood vessel, wandering around our veins and arteries policing our bodies for any viruses or tumors. Check out the following link that Rick Neilson sent me.

Some people brought to my attention that if the comic is available on the Internet, then nobody will buy it when it comes out. Unfortunately they will never be able to read it, because the text will never appear on the site. I dont feel that the images on the site are detailed enough to enjoy the artwork fully. Theyre pretty good, but when you attempt to print them out something is definitely lost in the translation and you get chunky pictures. I guess there are people out there that only want the artwork and maybe the pictures on the site is good enough for them. Theyll be missing out on a damn fine collectible.
Youll still buy the book when it comes out right?
I a little disappointed with LinkExchange. I guess they dont expect people to have over 100 pages on their site. Ive hit that threshold and unfortunately LinkExchange lumps each page over 100 into one category. Bummer. I guess I shouldnt complain, because the service IS free but you put all that work into including those banners and you kind of expect them to work for you.
On a brighter note Ive checked a bunch of search engines for Spilled Milk and the results were posted below. Many people ask why put out the site so far in advance of the release date? It takes almost a good year to become well established in the different search engines.

On that same plane ride to Charleston I addressed a bunch of those post cards to the retailers in Colorado. I hope they received them, because I havent really noticed any significant change in the web-site hits.
I will be going to the Denver Winter Con, on December 5th. Im not sure what Ill be handing out there. Probably more of the same.
Thanks for all your support,
Parker.
The standard removal policy if you should ever need it. Just reply to this message with the word remove in the subject and you'll be deleted from the mailing list. You might make it in ALL CAPS or else I might not take you seriously J .
